By submitting this form, you agree that the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Bands Association (TTCBA) may collect, use, and store your personal information for membership processing, communication, and administrative purposes.

All information provided must be accurate. Submission of this form does not guarantee membership, which is subject to approval by the TTCBA Executive Committee.

Continuing membership in good standing requires that members remain current in their financial obligations to the Association — including all applicable dues, levies, and fees — and abide by the Constitution, By-Laws, and Code of Conduct of the TTCBA. A member whose account falls into arrears, or who otherwise ceases to meet the conditions of membership, may have their status changed to lapsed or suspended until such obligations are satisfied and good standing is restored, at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Your data will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes. While reasonable security measures are in place, the TTCBA cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Please Note! Membership Applications are considered and granted by either the Executive Committee or any sub-committee thereof on such terms as considered appropriate by the Executive Committee. This Web Application only processes requests, acceptance and ratification of members belongs solely to the TTCBA. This form is not used for registration of TTCBA-sanctioned events and is to be used for registering of new members.
